Our goal is to provide you with beautiful hand crafted jewelry, inspired by all walks of nature. All orders of DONALD PYWELL JEWELRY will be posted on our Web site and delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to DONALD PYWELL JEWELRY shall be made by USPS First Class mail and sent to the address you provide us. Made to order or personalized orders may take longer to ship. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Nora Pywell directly at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you've purchased, please contact us at [email protected] and inform us of any discrepancies. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Please remember all special/custom orders are considered not returnable. Any Made to order 14K and 18K Gold is nonrefundable. Alternatively, you may return an item purchased through the Site to our studio for an exchange depending on the reasoning for the return.

If you need one of our pieces repaired please email us at [email protected] for further assistance. There may be a slight charge for repairs so please contact us beforehand to discuss the piece in question. Indicate your reason for the return, and package your purchase safely and securely with insurance.

All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis and will be returned to you promptly.

Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments.
